I have installed Civil Site Design and the menus/ribbons don't show. Why?
If you are installing on Autodesk 2012 versions, you must first download and install all Service Packs - this will allow the autoloader to process the ribbon and initialise the software to run. For BricsCAD, we use LISP to add the menus to your workspace environment. This LISP code normally works for the first use to open up their CAD platform after installation, but not for subsequent users. If you don't see the new menus/ribbons then review this Support Knowledgebase Article for a resolution: http://www.advancedroaddesign.com/index.php/support?view=kb&kbartid=1
