Description
Subscription vs Perpetual
A Perpetual License is owned by you. You have the option of paying an annual license fee to continue to receive all of the benefits of the support and maintenance plan.
A Subscription License is valid for 1 year and is renewed annually.
License Key & Activation
When you purchase, you will receive an email containing your license key(s).
You will also receive an invitation to our Customer Centre where you can access and manage your license keys and request home use licenses.
If you purchase a multi-user license, you will receive an email containing your license key and instructions for downloading and installing the network manager.
Support & Maintenance
Software Maintenance for a Perpetual License after Year 1 is paid yearly.
While on maintenance your Home Use License will be maintained along with software updates and access to the technical support site.
